Returns

Serengeti By Koa has a 7 days returns and exchange policy on unworn garment with all security tags and labels attached.  

Send us an email at support@serengetibykoa.com with your order number and reason for you return, and we will furnish you with an address to send your return to. 

Ensure garments are unworn with all tags and labels still attached, and pack it in the original envelope it was mailed to you in. You may place it in another envelope after.

Purchase a trackable shipping label and send your return to the address we provided you. Please send us an email with the tracking information, it will serve as proof of your return. Note that we will only assume responsibility of the package after it has been received by us.

Once we receive and approve your return a refund will be processed within 7 business days to be issued to your original form of payment. 

Please note that items purchased on sale are final, and can only be returned for store credit if approved. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Exchanges

Serengeti By Koa does not offer direct exchanges. Due to demand and limited inventory, It is impossible for us to guarantee that we will have the exchange item in stock at the time of return, therefore exchanges are done with store credit only.

Please follow the normal return procedure by sending an email to support@serengetibykoa.com with your order number and intent. Once your return has been received and approved, a store credit will be issued to you to use towards the correct item or size, or for another item if you so choose. Note that the cost to ship your item(s) back will be your responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can only be returned for store credit. Send us an email at support@serengetibykoa.com with your order number and return request to start your exchange process.
